Originally from New Jersey, Lauren has called Maryland home since 2007. She graduated in 2005 from Penn State with a B.S. degree in Kinesiology, having a focus on Athletic Training.

Exercise and fitness have always played a role in Lauren’s life, which is why personal training was such a natural fit for her. With personal training she can express both her knowledge and passion for movement and leading a healthy lifestyle. She currently holds certifications in both Personal Training and TRX Instruction. Her training philosophy is to instill confidence in every client, allowing them to recognize and reach their full fitness potential. She understands the importance of exercise and hopes to inspire others by setting a healthy example. She wants to show that exercise doesn’t have to be boring, eating smart isn’t torture, and you don’t have to sacrifice everything you enjoy in hopes of living a healthier lifestyle.
