Certified Personal Trainer. Facilities Manager.

Michael wears many hats at Evolutions. Mike received his B.S. in Kinesiological Science from the University of Maryland, College Park in the year 2000, and spent a year and a half as an intern/aide in Physical Therapy prior to becoming a Certified Personal Trainer from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-CPT) during that time. He also graduated from the Massage Therapy Degree Program at Anne Arundel Community College in 2003, and went on to become a Maryland State Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) with National Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. Michael specializes in Personal Training and Massage Therapy services for Pre and Post Surgery, Post Rehabilitation and Chronic Pain and Dysfunction, as well as general fitness and wellness goals.

Lastly, Mike is also an American Heart Association Basic Life Support (CPR and AED) Instructor, and serves as the Facilities Manager at Evolutions. You may seem him around Evolutions addressing club operations and can always be approached with your concerns.

Michael has enjoyed living on Maryland’s Eastern Shore since 2006. In his spare time, he enjoys being outdoors at the beach or camping near the shore with his children and friends. He is kept busy by his 2 kids, Hannah and Noah, and their sports and recreation. Soccer is one of his favorite sports as well as motorcycling, bicycling and just being active in general.
