Pamela Adams, MS, CNS, LDN, has been an A.C.E. certified personal trainer since 2004. Also, in 2016, she earned her Master’s degree in Nutrition and Integrative Health at the Maryland University of Integrative Health. She has completed over 1000-hours of required supervised practice experience to obtain her credentials as a board-certified licensed nutritionist.
Pamela’s mission is helping clients discover how to incorporate healthy habits into their busy lives. She is passionate about motivating people to achieve their highest potential with a whole-person approach. She educates her clients about the importance of incorporating proper nutrition, safe and effective exercises, and stress management techniques that can empower them to take charge of their health and well-being.

She believes in the importance of a prevention-centered approach to promote health and wellness for each individual.
