Thomas has over 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. He received his B.S. in Exercise Science from Salisbury University. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS), a Level 2 Nutrition Specialist (CHEK Institute), a Level 1 Flexibility Specialist (Stretch to Win Institute) and a Rehabilitation Specialist (NARS). He specializes in Body Recomposition (Fat Loss/Muscle Building), Strength and Conditioning Coaching, Nutritional Analysis (Meal Planning and Diet Design), and Flexibility. He is also a Hormonal Profiling Practitioner.
