After retiring from the Army (25 years) Todd completed his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, College Park, and earned the American Council on Exercise (ACE) Personal Trainer Certification.
A lifelong runner, Todd believes aerobic fitness, a healthy diet, and regular physical activity are the cornerstones of individual health and an enjoyable life. Using a simple method of assessing, goal setting, implementation, and evaluation, he helps individuals of all fitness levels improve not just their physical fitness, but also their overall quality of life. He enjoys working with youths and adults to develop good athletic conditioning to improve speed, agility, coordination, power, endurance, and injury prevention.
In his spare time, he enjoys camping, hiking, canoeing and kayaking, coaching Little League baseball, and is actively involved in the Boy Scouts of America.
He lives in the Annapolis area with his wife and two children.
