After retiring from the Army (25 years) Todd completed his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, College Park, and earned the American Council on Exercise (ACE) Personal Trainer Certification.
Todd believes aerobic fitness, a healthy diet, and regular physical activity are the cornerstones of individual health and an enjoyable life. Using a simple method of assessing, goal setting, implementation, and evaluation, he helps individuals of all fitness levels improve not just their physical fitness, but also their overall quality of life. In addition to working with youth and adults to develop general athletic and sport specific conditioning, he enjoys working with individuals looking to improve their core strength, balance, coordination and general fitness.
In his spare time, he enjoys camping, hiking, canoeing and kayaking, biking and is actively involved in the Boy Scouts of America.
He lives in the Annapolis area with his wife, son and and two dogs.
