Targeting deep postural muscles, Pilates works by building strength from the inside out, rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment. Pilates reshapes your body, which will become toned, leaner, and longer.
Pilates will also improve your posture, achieving a perfect balance between strength and flexibility. It is also a great way to relieve unwanted stress and tension. Pilates uses precise, controlled, and flowing movements which provide long-term results.

Our Pilates Program
First of all, we believe in a classical-systematic-integrative approach to Pilates training. Clients follow a system of exercises using various apparatus such as a mat, reformer, chair, Cadillac, barrels, magic circles, and ped-o-pul.
By teaching in this manner, clients find the connection to their core. Finding this connection completely changes their bodies and rids them of their chronic weaknesses. A systematic approach facilitates instruction and makes progress easier for the client.
