Mary joined the Evolutions Personal Training team early 2023. She is also a certified Group Fitness Instructor. Mary enjoys working with clients at any point in their fitness journey. She is passionate about collaborating with clients to make realistic and attainable fitness goals while focusing on improving balance, stability, mobility, strength and cardiovascular fitness. Mary is committed to educating the importance of fundamental and functional movement patterns that will help outside of the gym. Mary is a former collegiate athlete and coach. She enjoys, but is not limited to, working with sport specific athletes and clients to provide well rounded training programs to propel their performances on the field, court, or on race day.
Mary believes having a healthy balance between cardiovascular and strength training is pivotal. Her approach supports and advocates heart health, bone health, and building strength and confidence in movement. Her goal for all clients is to ensure they have fun while acknowledging the power of habit and commitment. Viewing fitness journey as a lifestyle is the goal!
In her free time, Mary enjoys running races, traveling, reading, and spending time on the water with her Husband, Daughter, and two Golden Retrievers.
